美的定義是什麼?

從過去到現在的大眾審美觀一直影響著女性的自我認同感

雖然近年有改善的趨勢

像是蔡依林唱的”怪美的”

但我認為大部分女性仍然很難逃脫主流媒體給的美感框架

甚至有許多言論充斥且傷害著許多女性

Ex:”不減肥等同不自律”

我甚至也聽過

”你連體重都無法控制了你還能控制什麼?

等等對我而言(僅對我而言)偏激烈的言論

但我個人從過去至今深受其害後

我認為 健康遠比大眾認同的美感重要
